Her professional background is in commercial banking where she accumulated over ten years experience in corporate finance and international syndicated lending. Rita holds a bachelor of Business Management of Management International by ESSCA France and master in international banking.

Leading the way in Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM)
In a competition that is truly global in scale, more than 17,000 schools in 44 nations are competing for the F1 in Schools championship crown, to design and build their own Formula One model car. The idea is to see whose F1 model is quickest in a battle of aerodynamics, rolling resistance, weight and friction.

At Albert Park College, just a few blocks away from the famous Albert Park Formula One circuit in Melbourne, resides the headquarters of Troop Athena.

Rebecca Seel, the STEM Leader at Albert Park College, nurtures confidence of Troop Athena (in the once male arena).

Joe's vision focuses on the impact of inclusion and diversity on Boards and other decision-making bodies. Joe has an innate ability to mobilize people of diverse talent and shared values to resolve complex issues.

Joe was the incumbent Director of Mobile Internet with Ericsson Telecommunications and High-Speed Broadband Solutions in the Americas during the Dotcom era, after a period as Global
Director of Value Based Selling with Ericsson Corporate University in Stockholm. He later served as CSIRO State Relationship Manager Victoria. Joe has enjoyed many years as a Trusted Advisor to senior executives and their organisations, driving inclusion and diversity as the strategic approach to new markets and commercial opportunities.
